What is Laser Facelift/Resurfacing?

Cherie Fraser explains the Laser Facelift: “It’s a combination of two laser treatments. The 1st being a treatment called BBL (Broadband Light).

Cherie says the light energy delivered by the BBL gently heat up the upper layers of the skin. The heat absorbed by the targeted areas will stimulate your skin cells to generate new collagen.

“In addition the laser will target and eliminate many of the fine vessels that cause redness and the unwanted melanin responsible for brown spots.”

The skin conditions that we are able to treat with BBL are:

  • Age Spots
  • Small Facial Veins (Telangiectasia)
  • Rosacea
  • Redness and Flushing
  • Solar Lentigenes (freckles)
  • Hyper pigmentation

The second part of the procedure is the Laser Peel. The laser peel removes thin layers of the skin’s surface, which will be replaced by younger skin growth. Your wrinkles will soften and become less noticeable; some will disappear.
