During our corrective phase of treatment, we often include our BBL Corrective protocols. This allows us to address superficial hyperpigmentation and redness in a few sessions, leaving your skin feeling smoother and clearer.
Downtime will depend on the amount of target (Browns & Reds) in the skin. The more target, the more downtime might be experienced. However now with BBL HERO, we can deliver lower and slower corrective passes to ensure our patient’s downtime is not so long or significant (if any).
Swelling could be more significant in cases where the patient is prone to hay fever or sinusitis, if they have thin skin or even history of Botox & Fillers. If swelling is present, it usually lasts up to 2 days but could go beyond 5 days in some cases.
We do recommend 3 – 5 sessions of BBL Corrective alone or combined with other Laser/Light/Skin protocols as recommended by your Dermology Specialist.
