Welcome to Dermology! I’m Lourette Du Toit, the proud CEO and owner of Dermology, where we are committed to delivering exceptional skin care solutions to all the wonderful humans part of our growing Dermology Family. My journey with Dermology began over 12 years ago when I first walked through the doors as a receptionist/somatologist in a small team of just three. Back then, our dream was simple: to offer world-class treatments and create a space where people could feel confident and cared for.

Through dedication, growth, and a shared vision, I finally became the proud CEO and Owner of the place I poured my heart and soul into, and thereafter Dermology has expanded from that small, passionate team to a multi-location business, with clinics now spanning across South Africa. As an experienced Laser & Skin Specialist, I’ve dedicated my career to the advancement of laser technologies, and my journey has been one of continuous growth and empowerment.

It’s been my honor to work closely with Sciton, a leader in the field of laser technology. As a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for Sciton and more recently BBL HEROIC Skin Society Ambassador, I have had the privilege of traveling the world, sharing my knowledge, and learning from other experts in the industry. From Sydney to Brisbane, Dubai to Saudi Arabia, Paris, London, and Los Angeles, I’ve had the opportunity to present and train professionals globally, helping to shape the future of aesthetic treatments.

But perhaps one of the most meaningful aspects of my journey has been my involvement in Sciton Cares, a global foundation that treats patients with vascular conditions such as Portwine Birthmarks. I am incredibly proud to be the only provider in Africa who is part of this important initiative, bringing hope and healing to those in need.
